Addison gets a kiss from a camel and eats sweet potatoes!

Addison had her first petting zoo experience today! We went with our play group to a place called "Marley Farms" which is a farm/horse boarding/petting zoo. They had all sorts of animals like llamas, goats, cows, potbelly pigs and ostriches. Our favorite though were the camel who gave Addison a big old kiss on her face and the Zonkey (Zebra and Donkey mix haha!) We went in the pen with the goats and sheep and Miss Addison loved them and thought it was HILARIOUS when they jumped up on mommy...I on the other hand wasnt thrilled as I was wearing sandals and a white shirt, needless to say next time I'll plan ahead!

When we got home from that adventure, Addison had her first taste of real food...SWEET POTATOES!!! She wasn't thrilled but liked it much more than the rice cereal I've been forcing her to eat. We will stay with sweet potatoes for a few days and then move on to other veggies. Alex and I are still at odds of whether she will be a meat eater but we still have some time to decide.
